We started to look for a house in about 2013. We knew pretty much exactly what we wanted and what we didn’t want! I don’t know if when Mrs Tonya took us on as her clients we would be as picky as we were! She walked us through house after house! She was always so patient with us and never once was she pushy! Ever! As the years went by, we walked through house after house and finally in 2015 we called her one Friday night and told her we were interested in a house. She said she could meet us on Sunday! As we pulled up and saw her sitting on the front porch my husband and and I knew immediately it was home. When she walked us through the front door, I could literally see my children growing up in this house! 24 hours later, our offer was accepted and we had a contract! We truly couldn’t have asked for a more trustworthy, patient and agent that had our best interest! Since we purchased our home we have brought a new little fella into the first house we can call ours! We have either talked about adding on or buying something bigger! Without a doubt, if we plan on purchasing a house Mrs Tonya will be the one we call.
