Terms & Conditions

Seller will pay any outstanding liens, property taxes limited to attorney fees, for preparation of the deed, for deed/recording stamps on the deed, survey if required and other normal closing costs. A ten percent (10%) buyer’s fee will be added to the final bid to arrive at the contract sales price. An escrow deposit of $20,000.00 will be due on the day of the auction with balance due within 30 days after high bid is accepted by Seller. This property is being sold AS-IS. This sale is NOT contingent on any financing or appraisal. All pre-auction offers will be submitted and reviewed. Should an offer be accepted prior to auction, the scheduled auction will be canceled. Announcements made on the day of the auction take precedence over any previous announcements or advertisements
